To join it is simple: email us to express an interest, call us to ask a question or just turn up!
- Before you are allowed to train you must complete a disclaimer which will allow you to train as a guest. As at this stage you will not have completed the full membership form, your participation may be limited.
- You may only train twice with us before joining as a member
- To join as a member you simply have to complete a membership form and set up your monthly standing order. From there.
- We are open to all, but retain the right to refuse membership should we believe your intentions are not in line with our ethos
Being a member of BFS is simple; listen to instruction during training, train your hardest, respect what is being taught, respect those you are training with and do not use what you learn outside of the gym unless you are truly in danger.
